  • Putting stock away and ensuring the facility is clean and orderly   
  • Parts Coordination
  • Ensure parts are ordered for service calls or customer orders
  • Assist with pricing/mark up and profit margins for parts

• Tool Management
  • Oversee the Tool Maintenance/Management and support with
    • Tool Purchases
    • Tool Maintenance
    • Tool Maintenance Records
    • Tool Crib

• Vehicle Maintenance/Management
  • Oversee the Vehicle Maintenance/Management and support with
    • Vehicle Purchases
    • Vehicle Maintenance
    • Maintenance Record
    • Licensing

• General Administration tasks:
  • Ongoing review of internal communication between the parts and other departments
  • Explore work flows, tasks and procedures for inefficiencies
  • Operate in a professional manner in any interaction  

• Complete training as required

• Training new colleges as required
